Gift card terms

Validity

Gift cards and dinner-for-two vouchers are valid for three years from the purchase date. The expiry date is shown in the purchase email.

Where to use a card

Gift card credit covers food and drink on every Ostro menu. Show the code when paying in the restaurant.

Online deposits

You can use gift card credit toward an online private dining deposit. Contact Owen before paying so we can apply the balance and send a payment link for any remainder.

Balance and cash

A gift card can be used across several visits. Any balance remains on the same code until expiry, and the card has no cash value.

Lost cards

We can replace a lost gift card if you provide the order number and we can confirm the unused balance. The old code stops working when we issue the replacement.

Dinner for two

The dinner-for-two voucher covers the dinner tasting menu for two and one bottle from the wine list. Book ahead and tell us about dietary needs; extra food and drinks are charged separately.

Refunds and transfers

Contact us with the order number if a card was bought by mistake or delivered to the wrong address. Cards may be given to another person, but the same balance and expiry date apply.

Booking changes

A gift card does not reserve a table. The booking and private dining cancellation terms apply when you use a card toward a reservation or deposit.
