Information we receive
When you contact Ostro, we receive the details you send, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them to answer you and arrange your visit. Please only send dietary or access information that we need for the booking.
Bookings
The booking tool stores the details needed to reserve your table and send booking messages. Its own privacy notice explains how it handles that information. Restaurant staff can see the details needed to manage your reservation.
Payments
The payment provider processes gift card and deposit payments. We receive an order reference, payment status and the contact details needed to send the purchase. We do not receive your full card number.
We use email to answer inquiries and send order or booking information. We only send menu news if you sign up for it, and you can unsubscribe using the link in each message. We do not sell the mailing list.
Cookies and records
This site uses no analytics by default. Booking and payment tools may use cookies needed to complete their services. We keep booking and correspondence records for up to 12 months after the visit, unless an unresolved matter needs them; payment records are kept as required for accounting.
Your information
Use the contact details on the site to ask what information we hold or request a correction or deletion. Include an order or booking reference if you have one. We may need to keep records required for accounting or an unresolved payment.
